Virl Martin, DVM

Dr. Virl Martin is a veterinarian at Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic, joining us in November 2013. She grew up and still resides in Coldwater, Michigan. Dr. Martin earned an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, then went on to study veterinary medicine at Kansas State University, where she received her DVM degree in 2008. 

After graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Martin moved west to practice in sunny Phoenix, Arizona for a year before returning to Coldwater to practice at an equine and small animal clinic. She has a special interest in internal medicine, preventative pet healthcare, client education, and surgery.

In her spare time, Dr. Martin loves gardening, baking, and spending time with family – including her four-legged family (three dogs, several barn cats, and two horses). She also devotes time to fixing up her 100-year-old farmhouse.
